Standards of living
In case of disobedience of these rules the tenant may be expelled from our premises and shall bear all expenses incurred economic and responsibilities, especially those involving claims of third parties.
NO SMOKING
Out of respect for others, and to minimize the risk of fire, smoking is not permitted on the premises, including rooms, common areas or patio.

NO EATING IN THE ROOM
Hygiene rules prohibit health foods store or in the rooms.

INPUT AND OUTPUT
Not set a closing time of the facilities to be available to customers with a key gate. However, and respect for other tenants, please minimize the noise in their access to the rooms.
COMMON ROOM
Its use is permitted except during cleaning, please tone down the volume on the TV and be tolerant to the choice of programming; prevail in case of dispute the channel chosen by the majority, except when a tenant or group has started a program viewing or movie before, in which case you should wait for the completion.
POOL
For safety it is forbidden to dive head or acrobatic form, running around or use it improperly, San Miguel vacation is not responsible for any accidents arising from the use of it. In the case of accidents under the responsibility rests with parents or guardians must ensure the safety of these.
Use of washing machine
Is in a washing machine and ironing equipment, consult our staff and cost shifts.
EMERGENCY
In case of fire notify our staff and head outside the enclosure. There is a stocked first aid available, contact our staff if you require its use. If gravity required to the emergency call 112.
KITCHEN
The following rules govern the use and condition of the kitchen by tenants, their acceptance being mandatory in case of using it.
San Miguel Rural SL is not responsible for any damage or injury caused to the tenants, their guests or their belongings during the use of cooking, including burns, cuts or poisoning among others not specified.
Tenants are responsible for all damage caused to the premises, including loss, breakage or theft of kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, linens, accessories, furniture, appliances or other non-specified, agreeing to pay the replacement or repair as is the case, as well as all indirect costs.
USERS COMMIT TO THE KITCHEN
- Keep all safety and hygiene standards for food handling.
- Used properly and responsibly appliances, following the manufacturers instructions are available in the kitchen.
- Caring for the crockery and glassware house and kitchenware, furniture and fixtures, pledging to further cleaning and storage.
- Leave the premises in the same state in which they are delivered.
- Inform management of any malfunctioning appliances that could pose a danger to persons or property.
